Descripción del puesto:

Formarás parte del área de Seguridad y Salud, con un rol clave y muy cercano a la operativa industrial, asumiendo responsabilidades como:

  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y análisis de causa raíz.

  • Investigación de accidentes e incidentes, proponiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas.

  • Trabajo en campo en entornos industriales complejos, incluyendo zonas ATEX.

  • Coordinación de actividades preventivas con equipos internos y externos.

  • Gestión del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud y seguimiento del cumplimiento normativo.

  • Relación con organismos oficiales, auditorías e inspecciones.

Requerimientos:

Buscamos un perfil técnico, con criterio, autonomía y capacidad de influencia:

  • Formación en Ingeniería (Química o similar).

  • Máster en PRL con las 3 especialidades.

  • +5 años de experiencia en entornos industriales (farma muy valorado).

  • Conocimientos sólidos en ATEX y normativa APQ.

  • Capacidad para influir transversalmente y trabajar de forma autónoma.

  • Orientación a resultados, mentalidad preventiva y enfoque de mejora continua.

  • Perfil cercano a planta, cómodo trabajando sobre el terreno.
