Operaciones y Gestión de Propiedades

  • Supervisar y garantizar que todas las propiedades estén actualizadas de manera precisa en nuestro sistema interno y en la web.
  • Liderar y optimizar los procesos operativos diarios, asegurando eficiencia, consistencia y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.
  • Coordinar de manera estratégica con fotógrafos y otros proveedores para planificar y ejecutar sesiones de fotografía de propiedades.

Gestión y Optimización de Clientes

  • Mejorar de manera proactiva la experiencia de nuestros asesores y clientes, identificando oportunidades de optimización en Huspy.
  • Resolver consultas y dudas de clientes de manera efectiva, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción.

Lo que Necesitas para Triunfar en Huspy

  • Experiencia comprobable en gestión operativa, coordinación de equipos o proyectos relacionados.
  • Capacidad analítica y habilidades avanzadas en manejo de datos y herramientas como Excel o sistemas CRM.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación entre diferentes áreas de la empresa.
  • Orientación a resultados, autonomía y capacidad de tomar decisiones informadas.
