About the Role:

In this role, you will facilitate and ensure the success of international projects and internal strategic and transformation initiatives by continuously improving project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. As part of the
Project Management Solutions Team
, you will collaborate with cross-border teams, supporting global business lines across industries and ensuring coordination and communication across all stakeholders.

The team drives efficiency, defines project management models, and identifies optimisation opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, allowing you to build valuable networks and foster meaningful professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget.
• Establish project structures, governance, and manage key stakeholders, including global leaders.
• Set the pace in projects and /or communities, engage stakeholders, and ensure actions are tracked to drive progress and efficiently meet objectives.
• Organize, prepare and manage meetings and workshops applying relevant techniques for insightful results.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients and management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies within the PMO Solutions Team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide coaching to team members.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• 4+ years of business consulting or international project management experience, preferably in business, finance, transformation, cross-functional or IT/Tech sectors projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex or international projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, build trustful relationships and demonstrate strong influencing skills.
• Client focused and service-oriented approach, anticipating needs.
• Certified PMO or demonstrating proven expertise in project management methodologies and approach.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
• Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Confidentiality.
• Strong English both oral and written. French is a plus.
