You will be responsible for coordinating cross-department projects, supporting teams in defining priorities, and ensuring smooth execution across areas. You will also be in charge of monitoring team workload and capacity to help identify bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.You'll collaborate closely with department leads and stakeholders to track project progress, align timelines, improve communication flows, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects from planning to delivery.Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.Lead regular project check-ins and alignment sessions, including kickoffs, progress updates, and cross-team syncs.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.3+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles within the tech or SaaS sector.~ Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.~ Strong understanding of internal communication tools, content planning, and stakeholder management.~ Capable of understanding the challenges and needs of all project stakeholders.~ Fluency in Spanish and English.~ EU citizen or hold a valid work permit to work in Spain.Hybrid work, permanent contract.#Beautiful, sunny office in one of the best areas of Barcelona.
