administrativo – Atención al Cliente y RMA
para reforzar nuestro equipo y dar soporte administrativo y atención telefónica en nuestra centralita.

Si eres una persona organizada, orientada al cliente y con experiencia administrativa, esta puede ser tu oportunidad para unirte a un proyecto estable y en crecimiento.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

    convenio de Auxiliar Administrativo

  • Jornada completa
    de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 18:00 h.
  • 100% presencial
    , con teletrabajo en los festivos de Barcelona para dar soporte y sustitución.
  • Calendario laboral de Madrid
    , con planificación clara y previsible.
  • Un puesto
    polivalente y dinámico
    , que combina gestión administrativa y atención al cliente.

Tus principales funciones serán:

Gestión RMA (50%)

  • Gestión administrativa de abonos y facturación.
  • Contacto con clientes para informar y realizar seguimiento de reparaciones.
  • Introducción de material en el sistema, asignando fechas de reparación.

Atención al Cliente / Centralita (50%)

  • Atención de llamadas telefónicas.
  • Apertura de tickets en la plataforma.
  • Seguimiento de los tickets asignados a los técnicos.
  • Comunicación con clientes sobre el estado de sus incidencias.

Lo que valoramos en ti:

  • Experiencia previa en

    tareas administrativas

  • Buen manejo de
    ofimática
    .
  • Conocimientos de
    SAP
    (valorable).

Idiomas:

  • Castellano y catalán
    imprescindibles.
  • Francés valorable.
