Technical Crypto Security Officer (TCSO)

Misión del puesto

La posición de TCSO es crítica para garantizar la
seguridad extrema
en la custodia de activos digitales, donde un fallo puede implicar pérdidas irreversibles. Su objetivo es liderar la protección frente a amenazas, asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y supervisar la implementación de controles avanzados.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión y monitoreo crítico:
    Revisión diaria de incidentes (SIEM/SOAR).
  • Control de custodia fría (
    cold storage
    ) y salud de
    hot wallets
    .
  • Inteligencia de amenazas:
    Identificación de vulnerabilidades en ecosistemas DeFi y blockchain.
  • Monitoreo constante de exploits y ataques emergentes.
  • Auditoría y cumplimiento:
    Alineación con marcos regulatorios (MiCA, ISO
  • Preparación de evidencias para auditorías internas y externas.
  • Pruebas de resistencia:
    Coordinación de pruebas de penetración y simulacros de crisis.
  • Gestión de identidades:
    Control de accesos privilegiados bajo el principio de mínimo privilegio.
  • Formación y cultura de seguridad:
    Programas antiphishing y concienciación interna.
  • Informes ejecutivos:
    Traducción del riesgo técnico a impacto financiero para la dirección.

Requisitos

Formación:
Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.

  • Experiencia:
    3-5 años en ciberseguridad avanzada, preferiblemente en entornos blockchain.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos críticos y respuesta a incidentes.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
    Custodia y gestión de claves (HSM, Multi-Sig, MPC).
  • Seguridad en smart contracts y protocolos blockchain.
  • SIEM/SOAR, IPS/IDS, gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Seguridad cloud, DevSecOps, Zero Trust Architecture.

Idiomas:
Inglés avanzado.

  • Soft Skills:
    Liderazgo bajo presión extrema.
  • Comunicación ejecutiva (riesgo técnico → impacto negocio).
  • Ética intransigente y visión estratégica.
