We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer - someone who can shape how the world sees us.


This role is relevant only for candidates with a proven track record in VC and crypto/blockchain projects.

Hands-on experience working with venture funds, crypto protocols, or Web3 companies is essential.

Our partners - a thesis-driven global crypto venture fund - are looking for a
CMO
who can 
turn an investment thesis into a living brand
.

This role is about more than visibility. You will define the narrative, translate the fund's vision and worldview into clear signals, and ensure those signals land with the right audiences.

You should be equally comfortable 
working with meaning and with mechanics
: building long-term brand equity while understanding how platforms, distribution, and algorithms amplify—or distort—messages.

You know what deserves reach, what deserves restraint, and what actually creates value.

This is not a role for growth hacks or cosmetic branding.

It's for someone who can 
build trust, coherence, and relevance over time

What you'll be driving

  • Translating fund strategy into sharp, differentiated brand pillars
  • Expanding presence across global VC, tech, and crypto ecosystems
  • Building narratives for both the fund and its leadership
  • Owning editorial voice, media relations, and thought leadership output
  • Growing a strong, engaged community of founders, LPs, operators, and partners
  • Amplifying personal brands of key leaders
  • Designing newsletters, content, event presence, and ecosystem initiatives
  • Strengthening visibility that supports fundraising, sourcing, and credibility

Your experience

  • Brand strategy experience in
    VC, tech, crypto, or similar fields
  • Proven track record working with venture funds or crypto-native projects
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • PR/media relations experience
  • Deep familiarity with investor and founder ecosystems
  • Skilled in content planning, social presence, and events
  • Ability to design and run multi-channel brand systems
