Descripción del Puesto
Buscamos un/a Admin & Accounting Analyst para asegurar el funcionamiento ordenado y eficiente de la operación administrativa y financiera de la compañía. El rol es clave para garantizar continuidad operativa, control documental y visibilidad confiable sobre cobros, pagos y obligaciones recurrentes, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con Finanzas, People y stakeholders clave del negocio.
Responsabilidades
- Emitir facturas a clientes y gestionar el proceso completo de cobranzas.
- Mantener actualizado el estado de cuentas por cobrar y vencimientos.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias semanales y cierres contables mensuales.
- Registrar facturas de compra y asegurar consistencia entre ERP, banco y documentación.
- Ejecutar pagos a proveedores según vencimientos y flujos de aprobación.
- Gestionar alta, seguimiento y renovación de proveedores y contratos operativos.
- Coordinar el proceso de nómina con People, gestoría y/o Deel.
- Administrar contratos: elaboración, firma digital, archivo y trazabilidad.
- Gestionar servicios de oficina, viajes corporativos, viáticos y herramientas internas.
- Proveer información confiable al Fractional CFO para cashflow y control de caja.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en roles operativos de administración y contabilidad en entornos PYME o startup.
- Conocimiento práctico de facturación, cobranzas, conciliaciones bancarias y pagos.
- Alto nivel de orden, precisión y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos con deadlines críticos.
- Manejo sólido de ERP y Google Sheets / Excel.
- Habilidad para documentar, estandarizar y dar trazabilidad a procesos administrativos.
- Comunicación clara y profesional con stakeholders internos y externos.
- Autonomía, confiabilidad y manejo responsable de información sensible.
