Operations Efficiency Manager
Roles & Responsabilidades
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and mentor cohorts of interns focused on workforce optimization projects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among intern teams.
- Lead site-based assessments to uncover labor inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with park operations teams to validate findings and co-develop actionable solutions.
- Quantify savings opportunities and track implementation progress.
- Apply WFM methodologies (forecasting, scheduling, staffing models) to support initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with broader labor strategy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and performance reporting.
- Partner with park leadership, P&O, and finance teams to ensure buy-in and sustainability of initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in workforce management, operations, consulting, or labor optimization (3+ years preferred)
- Previous hospitality, amusement park, theme park, or water park experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing early-career or intern programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles and their applicability to labor management.
Requirements
- Ability to frequently travel to the Group's European locations throughout the summer (70-80% expected travel)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, beginner-intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining accordance with business constraints.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines for several stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
