We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team

What do we value?
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst that has strong analysis capabilities to monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify different and negative test scenarios, detect risks and report them in a timely manner.
  • Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality;
  • Test cases and test plan creation;
  • Write and execute test scripts;
  • Report and keep tracking of issues,
  • Identify potential problems users may encounter;
  • Test in different environments including web and mobile;
  • Run manual and automated tests;
  • Fluent communication with the different teams and stakeholders;
  • Work towards departmental and project deadlines;
  • Provide objective feedback to software development project teams.

Necessary Skills And Experience Required

  • Graduated in Software engineering, Electrical engineering, mathematics, technician, technologist or related Education Certificate.
  • +1 years of previous experience in a Quality Assurance / Testing role;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • Test Plans and Test Cases creation experience (standard & best practices);
  • Test experience in different environments including web and mobile;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment;
  • Requirements gathering and management experience;
  • Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills;
  • Identify different test scenarios in a requirement;
  • Identify negative test scenarios;
  • ISTQB Foundations – desired;
  • ITIL Foundations Certified – desired;
