Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you will collaborate with Italian businesses and their agency partners to deliver tailored digital advertising strategies. In a results-driven environment, you will play a key role in expanding the client's reach across EMEA, creating valuable customer experiences, and driving innovation in the Spanish digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by delivering personalized strategies that drive performance and promote additional digital marketing services.
  • Provide expert advice to optimize advertising investments, using a consultative approach to maximize ROI.
  • Meet sales objectives while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
  • Engage with clients through phone, video calls, and email, offering proactive support and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level) with advanced English proficiency.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, goal-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a strong desire for continuous learning and development.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time, hybrid role (39 hours per week, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, 9 till 18) based in Barcelona
  • Salary of 21,013 EUR gross/year + up to 2,522 EUR in performance-related bonuses.
