The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in accounting and finance. This is an entry-level position designed to provide a solid foundation in accounting and finance, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Your Area Of Focus

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.
  • Record financial transactions in the company's accounting system.
  • Participate in account reconciliations and ensure accurate records.
  • Assist in the monthly closing of internally managed P&L (Profit and Loss) statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in the analysis of monthly variances in income accounts (P&L) versus budget.
  • Collaborate in tax report preparation and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to expense and budget management.
  • Perform accounting-related administrative tasks as needed.

To Excel In This Role, You Should Have

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • +1 year of experience as an Accountant or in a similar position.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
  • Ability to work with MS Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ambition to grow and develop in the accounting profession.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a B2 level of English proficiency. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
