Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio and SFDC Integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industries CPQ and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on IT business support contributing to innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize SFDC applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
  • Integrate SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Utilize Omnistudio to design and implement user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
  • Configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and support business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in Industries CPQ to streamline sales processes and improve customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFDC applications and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and customizations for future reference.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
  • Support IT business operations by providing technical guidance and solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization showcasing a deep understanding of platform capabilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Omnistudio enabling the creation of intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
  • Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
  • Have a solid background in Industries CPQ contributing to optimized sales processes.
  • Show expertise in SFDC Configuration enhancing system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Experience in IT business support is a plus providing valuable insights into business operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
