In this full-time position, the Events Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our events operations across covered markets. Responsibilities include developing event programs and providing crucial assistance in event planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- closely with in-country teams on a daily basis to meticulously plan and execute events, demonstrating flexibility across different time zones to meet team requirements and ensure successful event delivery from inception to completion.
- responsibility for event assets including promotional materials, sponsor instructions, task lists, registrations, and guest lists, ensuring proactive maintenance.
- comprehensive event communication strategies encompassing invitations, social media content, press releases, and post-event correspondence.
- event performance and gather post-event feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancing event outcomes.
- availability to attend TBY events as well as relevant business events and sessions as necessary to stay informed and connected within the industry
informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best
- practices in digital marketing and media buying
Requirements
- degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
- experience in event planning and management, with a track record of successful events.
