Your role
: Join our dynamic Oncology team in Spain as an MSL Manager and make a significant impact in the field of oncology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with both recently launched and established products, with the potential for further launches on the horizon. A strong background in oncology is highly desirable for this role. You will lead and support a geographically distributed team of six MSEs, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure project success. In this role, you will conduct training and coaching activities, as well as field visits, to drive the continual improvement of your team. You will also implement the MSE excellence framework and consolidate medical insights to inform our Medical Advisors. Your scientific expertise, particularly in oncology, will be crucial as you collaborate closely with Medical Advisors to execute the national medical strategy at a local level. You will oversee planning and tracking of medical activities, including clinical studies and medical education initiatives, while ensuring operational excellence. This home-based position, preferably located in Madrid, will require approximately 40% travel, providing a balance of local engagement and strategic oversight.

Who You Are

• You possess a deep understanding of the local healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry, with experience in Medical Affairs.
• You have worked as an MSL for 4-5 years and ideally have experience managing a team of MSEs.
• Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is highly desirable.
• You have a proven track record in designing and executing medical education and scientific communication plans at local level.
• Your business acumen and strategic thinking are complemented by effective communication skills.
• You excel in fostering teamwork and collaboration, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• You are skilled in working within cross-functional matrix teams and can motivate and influence others effectively.
• You have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external experts, backed by deep scientific knowledge.
• You demonstrate strong accountability and ownership for both individual and organizational performance.
