Además, como operador global ofrece soluciones logísticas a clientes de todo el mundo gracias a los más de 1.000 empleados y más de 30 oficinas repartidas por España, Francia, Reino Unido, Marruecos, México, Perú y República Dominicana, así como con la colaboración de agentes en distintos puntos de la geografía mundial.

Desde nuestro equipo de Sevilla, estamos buscando incorporar a un Forwarding Operational Specialist, cuya misión principal será ejecutar las acciones a nivel operativo con el fin de cubrir las necesidades logísticas del cliente.

Descripción de funciones:

- Analizar y asegurar las operaciones logísticas de cara a su posterior ejecución.

- Realizar el seguimiento exhaustivo de cada operación coordinando la misma entre los diferentes proveedores y asegurando comunicación continua en el proceso logístico.

- Atención y gestión de los servicios de logística solicitados por los clientes.

- Optimizar los tiempos de respuesta a los clientes y gestionar de manera eficaz los expedientes asignados.

- Negociar con proveedores con la finalidad de sacar mayor rentabilidad al expediente.

- Emisión de documentación e informes de cada operación y actualización de la base de datos para disponer de los registros de las operaciones llevadas a cabo.

- Controlar y gestionar la parte administrativa y de facturación de las escalas y las cargas establecidas por contrato.

- Supervisar el proceso de cargas: desde la recogida hasta el cierre de las mismas.

La persona que se incorpore deberá de cumplir el siguiente perfil:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en funciones similares.
  • Titulación en Comercio Internacional / Logística y Transporte.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2)
  • Conocimiento en Customer Service y Microsoft Office
