La Plateforme d'Excellence Ressources Humaines basée à Madrid est à la recherche d'un.e Stagiaire pour participer activement aux activités de sourcing et d'identification des meilleurs talents ISA pour les marchés français et/ou belges.

Missions principales :

  • Vous mettez en place la stratégie de sourcing multicanale (bases de données interne, jobboards etc.)
  • Vous identifiez, qualifiez et pré-sélectionnez les profils de candidats
  • Vous positionnez des entretiens aux Talent Acquisition Specialists et aux Business Managers
  • Vous maintenez à jour la base de données interne

Et vous ?

  • Vous suivez une formation en Ressources Humaines, Business ou équivalent
  • Vous parlez Français et avez de bonnes connaissances en Anglais, la connaissance de l'Espagnol ou du Néerlandais est un plus
