The Role

  • Diseñar, probar y perfeccionar prompts de IA para modelos generativos (por ejemplo, Copilot, Azure OpenAI) con el objetivo de maximizar el valor de negocio y la experiencia del usuario en los países europeos.
  • Analizar y documentar el rendimiento de los prompts, iterando para mejorar la precisión, relevancia y cumplimiento ético.
    Colaborar con stakeholders de negocio de diferentes regiones europeas para entender los requisitos y traducirlos en soluciones efectivas de ingeniería de prompts.
  • Apoyar la integración de herramientas de automatización basadas en IA (PowerApps, Power Automate) en los flujos operativos.
  • Compartir conocimientos y formación sobre prompting de IA y automatización con los compañeros, contribuyendo activamente al upskilling del equipo de manera dinámica y organizada.
  • Preparar presentaciones y materiales de formación en español e inglés, adaptando el contenido a diferentes audiencias.
  • Investigar y aplicar mejores prácticas en ingeniería de prompts, incluyendo encadenamiento de prompts, gestión de contexto y mitigación de sesgos.
    Participar en sesiones de intercambio de conocimiento y contribuir a la documentación interna y materiales de formación sobre prompting de IA.
     
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bilingüe: español nativo/fluido e inglés mínimo C1 (capacidad para comunicar, formar y preparar presentaciones en ambos idiomas para una audiencia regional).
  • Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas o campos afines.
  • Interés demostrado en IA, ingeniería de prompts y automatización (por ejemplo, proyectos académicos, hackathons, iniciativas personales).
  • Conocimientos básicos de programación (Python, R, SQL o similar).
  • Familiaridad con modelos generativos de IA, conceptos de ingeniería de prompts y plataformas de automatización (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Mentalidad analítica, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas de forma creativa.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y disposición para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares y multiculturales en Europa.
  • Experiencia con plataformas cloud (Azure, AWS) y herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI) será valorada.
  • Actitud proactiva, curiosidad y ganas de aprender y adaptarse en entornos dinámicos.
  • Capacidad para organizar y facilitar sesiones de formación, y para apoyar procesos de gobernanza y documentación en la región de WE.
