We invest in early stage companies where unique data and AI are core to building defensible, transformative products. We are generalists, but index high on Deeptech, Fintech, Healthtech, Logistics or Cyber, and mostly B2B.

We provide comprehensive support to our portfolio companies from the moment we invest until exit. Our in-house experts ensure our companies have the resources they need to succeed. While we are headquartered in Miami and Madrid, this is a 
full-time, on-site internship in Madrid.

What you will do:

As part of the Investment team, you'll learn how early-stage venture capital works from the inside, sourcing founders, evaluating products and markets, and helping us support the companies we already work with. Your internship will include tasks such as:

  • Support the team in sourcing new opportunities, identifying promising founders, markets and products across different regions.
  • Assist investment decisions through market research, competitive analysis, financial modelling, product assessment and further due diligence.
  • Help prepare clear, insightful materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investment memos, portfolio reports and presentations.
  • ​​Support fundraising and investor-relations efforts by helping prepare and update LP materials.
  • Help track portfolio company performance and assist the team in providing ongoing support to founders.
  • Take part in internal meetings, pipeline discussions, and cross-functional projects involving the Data, Product, or Marketing teams.

Who we are looking for:

We're looking for someone curious, hands-on, and eager to learn how early-stage investing really works.

  • Prior relevant experience at a tech startup, consulting, investment banking or venture capital/private equity firm.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and synthesize insights clearly.
  • Strong curiosity for startups, technology, and how products grow, and a genuine interest in the VC world.
  • Comfortable researching markets, understanding business models, and working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proactive mindset: you're not afraid to ask questions, suggest ideas, or dive into something new.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

What we offer

This is a 
full-time, on-site internship in Madrid
, Monday to Friday. Being physically in Madrid throughout the internship is essential, as the role is fully integrated into our day-to-day work with the team. The internship lasts 6 months, provided expectations are met on both sides. Details will be discussed during the interview process. The internship is paid and may count for academic credit if compatible with your university's requirements.
