Introduction

En COCUNAT buscamos un/a Frontend Martech Engineer con una combinación sólida entre performance web y Martech avanzado.

Tu misión será llevar nuestras plataformas digitales al siguiente nivel: rápidas, escalables y completamente instrumentadas para marketing, garantizando una experiencia excelente en rendimiento y conversión.

Formarás parte del equipo de Tecnología, colaborando estrechamente con Marketing y Diseño, asegurando que cada implementación sea ágil, medible y optimizada para resultados.Your responsibilities

  • Desarrollar interfaces y landing pages de alto rendimiento, integrando contenido dinámico, servicios externos y lógica cliente-servidor.

  • Optimizar Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP, TTFB) mediante SSR/SSG, lazy loading, prefetching, caching, optimización de imágenes y fuentes.

  • Configurar y mantener el stack martech: Google Tag Manager (dataLayer, custom events), GA4, píxeles de conversión (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads…) y CMPs.

  • Diseñar e implementar una arquitectura de tracking robusta, asegurando una medición precisa de conversiones y eventos.

  • Garantizar compatibilidad cross-browser y cross-device.

  • Implementar y mantener tests A/B y estrategias de experimentación con herramientas como Convert, Optimizely o VWO.

  • Participar en code reviews y en la mejora continua de procesos internos.

Your profile

  • +4 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend (Astro, React, o Nuxt).

  • Experiencia avanzada en optimización de rendimiento web y métricas Core Web Vitals.

  • Conocimiento profundo de tracking y analítica digital: GTM avanzado, GA4, píxeles publicitarios y conversion APIs.

  • Experiencia con CMPs y cumplimiento GDPR.

  • Familiaridad con SEO técnico y buenas prácticas de performance.

  • Experiencia con CI/CD, Git y despliegues en Cloudflare, Vercel o Netlify.

  • Mentalidad analítica y enfoque orientado a datos y conversión.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, colaborativa y resolutiva.

  • Curiosidad por nuevas herramientas, tecnologías y tendencias Martech.

  • Interés por la experimentación, performance y medición real de impacto.

  • Mentalidad analítica y orientada a conversión.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y transversal entre Tech y Marketing.

  • Enfoque data-driven y obsesión por la precisión de los datos.
