Position background

In the GTM analytics COE our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning products to optimize pricing and marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.

As a Project Manager in the Advance Analytics Enablement group, you will work closely together with the different internal team and external stakeholders to help drive the successful delivery of projects.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside and cross organization.
• Responsible for project/sprint planning, resource/capacity allocation, steering committee leadership.
• Inform actively and proactively about the progress of your projects, anticipating impacts, helping teams to take corrective decisions and / or proposing alternative solutions when required.
• Participate in the design/planning of solutions and collaborate in the definition of timelines and roadmaps.
• Ensure products or services implementation according to the agreed scope to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Help teams adopt, implement and drive agile methodologies.
• Recommends and oversees process improvements. 

What you will need:

• 1-2 years on a similar role.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Analytical (problem solving) skills.
• Experience in driving Agile projects (SCRUM)Technical background is a plus. 

Nice to have

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Project Management/Agile Certification
• Basic understanding of Big Data domain, Cloud technologies and Software development. 
• You are familiar with Agile SAFe methodology.
