KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Provide technical consulting and support to both existing and potential customers regarding water and process chemicals.
•
Drive sales growth within an industrial customer portfolio, actively prospecting clients in the Heavy Industry sector (Chemicals, Energy, Steel, Petrochemicals) and large Middle Market Industries.
•
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
•
Identify and develop tailored, value-added solutions that align with customer needs, including feed water preparation, cooling circuits, process water, boilers, hot sanitary water, reverse osmosis, and wastewater treatment.
•
Conduct on-site technical follow-ups, including product and equipment monitoring, sampling, physio-chemical analyses, commissioning, diagnostics, report drafting, annual assessments, and improvement planning.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•
Successful experience in water treatment & sales.
•
Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology or equivalent professional experience.
•
Fluent in Spanish with advanced English skills.
•
Excellent interpersonal skills to serve as a key contact for both customers and the sales team.
•
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
•
Strong analytical skills to process data and provide tailored recommendations.
•
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage customer interventions effectively.
