Role Overview – Customer Service and Support Jobs in Italy for Concentrix Spain- Deliver friendly and professional support to customers across phone, email, and chat channels in Italian and English.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to products, services, orders, technical issues, and account information.
- Provide solutions to customer queries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures and ensure accurate case documentation in CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve team targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support the positive reputation of our international clients through a solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your customer service and technology skills.
- Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and good command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or BPO is a plus, but not essential.
- Reliable, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Eligible to work in Italy (EU Passport or valid work permit/residency required).
