Aventus Group is expanding to Valencia and we're looking for a Verification Manager
Aventus Group is an international fintech company operating in 18+ countries. As we continue growing across Europe and open our new office in Valencia, we are seeking a
Verification Manager
who will build and lead our customer verification processes from the ground up.
If you want to influence key processes, drive improvements, and develop a strong team — this is your chance to join a global fintech group.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage daily customer verification processes in Spain
• Build, optimize, and scale KYC/Verification procedures
• Ensure high-quality checks and timely processing
• Analyze data, improve KPIs, and introduce new approaches
• Hire, train, and develop the verification team
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other European offices
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and local regulations
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in KYC/Verification, Fraud, Compliance, or Risk (preferably in fintech or digital services)
• Team management or process management experience
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and verification tools
• Data-driven mindset and KPI-oriented approach
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
