En Capitole estamos buscando a un/a
IT Talent Acquisition Intern
que quiera iniciarse en el sector de la consultoría tecnológica seleccionando el mejor talento IT.
Funciones que realizarás:
- Gestión completa, de inicio a fin, de los procesos de selección de perfiles IT (tech).
- Selección a través de los diferentes Job Boards.
- Llamadas telefónicas de criba y soporte en las entrevistas técnicas a los candidatos.
- Seguimiento personalizado de los candidatos.
- Presentación de candidaturas junto con un informe del perfil.
Requisitos para un buen match :
- Posibilidad de realizar convenio por mínimo 6 meses a jornada completa.
- Permiso de trabajo vigente en el territorio español (en caso de incorporación post prácticas)
- Sientes interés en la tecnología y en las nuevas tecnologías.
- Tienes buenas dotes de comunicación, empatía y organización.
- Estás orientado a los resultados y a las personas.
- Tienes buena capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Tienes mínimo un nivel C1 en Inglés.
- Nivel de español muy alto o nativo.
