Vibra Hotels, cadena líder del sector hotelero en Baleares, con cerca de camas y 38 hoteles y apartamentos, 33 de ellos ubicados en Ibiza, 2 en Mallorca y 3 en Menorca, precisa incorporar un/a Guest Experience para uno de sus hoteles ubicados en Mallorca.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Ser el vínculo de unión entre el hotel y el huésped, proporcionándole una experiencia personalizada con el fin de lograr alcanzar sus expectativas.
- Orientar al huésped sobre lugares de interés de la isla
- Gestionar posibles incidencias y reclamaciones.
- Garantizar una comunicación constante y fluida con todos los departamentos del hotel
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Contrato hasta fin de temporada y con la posibilidad de continuar el próximo año.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés
- Imprescindible alemán
- Valorable otros idiomas
- Valorable experiencia en calidad de Guest Relations, concierge o departamento de servicio al huésped
- Buenas dotes comunicativas y de atención al cliente
