Descripción del puesto
Como Líder de Dominio en Ingeniería de Producto IS, serás el responsable de liderar las actividades de ingeniería relacionadas con los productos. Gestionarás el desarrollo de software, coordinarás estrategias de proyectos y mejorarás los procesos de trabajo en equipo. Colaborarás estrechamente con diferentes departamentos para cumplir con los objetivos de los proyectos alineados a las necesidades del cliente. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo que se desempeñará de forma presencial en nuestra sede en Madrid.

Propósito:
Su objetivo es garantizar que las plataformas IS/IT permiten a los equipos de ingeniería desarrollar, simular, validar y optimizar productos complejos (motores, transmisiones, etc.), dentro de un entorno internacional y altamente colaborativo.
Requisitos
- Dominio en ingeniería de producto y desarrollo de software para asegurar la calidad y la innovación en los productos.
- Habilidades analíticas avanzadas para evaluar datos y diseñar estrategias que optimicen los resultados del proyecto.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar efectivamente con equipos multidisciplinarios y presentar ideas de manera clara.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos para planificar, ejecutar y liderar iniciativas dentro de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.
- La flexibilidad para adaptarse al cambio y la ambición para liderar equipos de alto rendimiento son altamente valoradas.
