¿De qué te encargarás?

- Proporcionar soporte técnico remoto o en sitio para resolver problemas de hardware (ordenadores, impresoras, dispositivos móviles) y software (sistemas operativos, aplicaciones específicas, herramientas de gestión de eventos). 

- Registrar, priorizar y gestionar las incidencias o solicitudes recibidas mediante sistemas de tickets, proporcionando soluciones rápidas y efectivas. 

- Configurar nuevos equipos y software para los empleados, incluidos ordenadores, dispositivos móviles, impresoras y sistemas de red. 

- Realizar chequeos regulares de los equipos y sistemas para prevenir fallos o averías que puedan afectar el funcionamiento del negocio. 

- Configurar equipos, redes y sistemas tecnológicos en los sitios donde se celebren eventos, congresos o reuniones, tanto de manera remota como presencial. 

- Identificar problemas técnicos complejos y proporcionar una evaluación preliminar, intentando resolver el problema en primera instancia. 

- Gestionar las altas, bajas y modificaciones de usuarios en los sistemas informáticos de la empresa, como el acceso a redes, aplicaciones corporativas y plataformas específicas de la industria. 

- Asegurar que los usuarios tengan los permisos correctos en sistemas internos y externos, garantizando la seguridad y el cumplimiento de políticas de la empresa. 

- Asistir en la implementación de nuevas tecnologías o actualizaciones, ayudando a los usuarios a adaptarse rápidamente a las herramientas. 
 
- Otras tareas y responsabilidades asignadas por su jefe inmediato.

¿A Quién Buscamos?

-Técnico o Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, industrial o carreras afines.

- Valorable certificaciones en soporte técnico, redes o software específico es un plus (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.).

- Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y MacOS, así como en herramientas de ofimática y software de colaboración (Microsoft 365).

- Valorable ingles intermedio (B1).
