Category Specialist – Smileat (Madrid)

En Smileat, seguimos creciendo y queremos incorporar un/a Category Specialist que nos ayude a impulsar el crecimiento rentable de nuestras categorías, entendiendo a fondo al consumidor, al shopper y al cliente, y trasladando esa visión estratégica a todo el negocio.

Formarás parte del equipo comercial y de marketing, trabajando mano a mano con KAMs, Trade Marketing y Marketing para convertir los datos en decisiones, las oportunidades en lanzamientos y las estrategias en resultados.


Tu misión:

Definir, analizar y optimizar la estrategia de categoría para maximizar el crecimiento rentable de Smileat, contribuyendo directamente a nuestro propósito: ofrecer alimentación infantil 100% ecológica, saludable y honesta.

Qué harás:

  • Analizar sell-out, share, pricing y mix por cliente y canal.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento: nuevas tendencias, innovaciones, gaps y roles de categoría.
  • Generar reporting mensual de evolución de la categoría y la competencia.
  • Definir y priorizar el surtido óptimo por cliente y canal.
  • Colaborar con Marketing y KAMs en estrategias comerciales, lanzamientos y promociones.
  • Participar en la arquitectura de precios y planes de innovación.
  • Crear y mantener dashboards de performance y KPIs de negocio.
  • Asegurar coherencia entre portfolio, pricing y estrategia de marca.

Trabajarás muy de cerca con:

  • Trade Marketing, para garantizar la perfecta ejecución en punto de venta.
  • Marketing, para conectar estrategia, consumidor y visibilidad.
  • KAMs, aportando insights y argumentarios de categoría que potencien el sell-in.

Buscamos a alguien que:

  • Tenga 2–4 años de experiencia en roles de Category Management, Trade o Business Intelligence en gran consumo (idealmente alimentación o baby food).
  • Sea analítico/a, proactivo/a y con visión estratégica, pero también con capacidad de ejecución.
  • Tenga dominio de herramientas de análisis (Excel, Power BI, Nielsen, IRI, etc.).
  • Disfrute del trabajo transversal y colaborativo.
  • Sienta afinidad con la misión de Smileat y el mundo de la alimentación orgánica y sostenible.
