About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join a team building a next-generation Bitcoin-focused ZK rollup. The goal is to secure on-chain finance using Bitcoin and scale its values to power decentralized applications. The project leverages zero-knowledge proofs to bring verifiable, data-available, and scalable infrastructure to Bitcoin without altering its consensus rules.

Our Mission

The team is dedicated to scaling the Bitcoin network in a way that transforms global financial infrastructure. The work is rooted in principles of privacy, innovation, and scalability, building solutions that bring more advanced applications to the Bitcoin ecosystem.

The Role

This position suits someone with a product-oriented mindset who can balance strategy and execution. You'll develop and deliver marketing strategies that explain the product offerings, ecosystem, and underlying technology. You'll collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to shape the project's presence as a leading application layer for Bitcoin. Being crypto-native is ideal, but strong technical curiosity also works.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecosystem and product marketing strategies highlighting the project's technology, use cases, and ecosystem.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives in coordination with the broader marketing and product teams.
  • Create a product-focused content strategy showcasing unique differentiators.
  • Strengthen owned channels (blog, social media, website, video) through clear, consistent messaging.
  • Oversee integrations, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives to help grow the ecosystem.
  • Contribute to crafting and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Track competitor positioning and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Measure performance of marketing efforts and refine tactics continuously.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with crypto Twitter culture.
  • Comfortable operating within an early-stage marketing environment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of Bitcoin's community and culture.
