Freelance Local Tour Guide – Barcelona (with Guydeez)

Do you love Barcelona and enjoy sharing its culture, history, and hidden gems with travelers from around the world? Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups.

What You'll Do

  • Lead engaging walking tours tailored to guests' interests
  • Share insights and stories about Barcelona's history, neighborhoods, and landmarks
  • Customize each tour based on visitor preferences and pace
  • Provide authentic, warm, and memorable experiences
  • Optionally host food-focused tours for guests passionate about local cuisine

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Barcelona's history, culture, and attractions
  • Fluent in at least one: Spanish, French, English, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
  • Friendly, confident, and engaging communicator
  • Comfortable guiding tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
  • Bonus: passion for food and gastronomy
  • Previous tourism, hospitality, or guiding experience is a plus
