We are looking for a
Digital Commerce & Loyalty Consultant.
The Digital Commerce & Loyalty Consultant will work to support the growth of Digital Commerce and lead the development and rollout of new loyalty portals.

What would your duties be?

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the loyalty portals
  • Translate business goals into product features and enhancements that will drive customer retention and satisfaction
  • Refine local requests together with the technical team and set priorities
  • Train and support local users
  • Communicate on platform benefits and enhancements with global community

Project Management

  • Lead the end-to-end build and launch of new loyalty portals
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
  • Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and milestones

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical teams and digital commerce product owner to prioritize development tasks, clarify requirements, and resolve blockers
  • Partner with product owners, UX/UI designers, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure the portal meets user needs, commercial excellence and brand standards

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Analyze portal performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement feedback loops and continuous enhancements based on data and user insights

Which are the requirements for this position?

  • 4+ years of experience in product ownership or digital product management, ideally in loyalty, CRM, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of launching customer-facing digital products across multiple markets
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience working in international environments
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Experience with CMS platforms
  • Understanding of APIs and integration workflows is a plus
  • Fluency in oral and written English; further language skills would be an asset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for customer loyalty, personalization, and digital innovation
  • Confident working across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, managing differing priorities, workflows, and viewpoints with diplomacy and agility
