Tus Responsabilidades:
Specifically, we are looking for a
Product & Quality Engineer with French
to work on an innovative automotive project located in
Vallès Occidental
area (Barcelona).

*Functions:*

• Defining and ensuring the development stages and the technical feasibility of the project, complying with customer's milestones.
• Searching and applying the technical solutions taking into account the quality standard.
• Reviewing and re-thinking the technical design in collaboration with the design team.
• Leading the FMEA's implementation of the product and quality tools during the product development phases, ensuring compliance with the quality requirements, regulations and standards of the countries where the product will be used.
• Leading the product approval activities.
• Managing product modifications during development / Mech/HW.
• Guaranteeing the traceability of all the characteristics defined in the documents to ensure the reliability of the products.
• Searching solutions in collaboration with the Quality Design team, analyzing the previous results and reports.
• Defining the control plan, designing the control meters and participating in the definition of systems, control tools and their validation.
• Ensuring the delivery of prototypes that meets customer requirements.
• Providing support to the Testing department in the definition of the Functional Parametric Test Bench and the different Test configurations required for the different Testing departments.
• Determining and executing the Design Validation Plan (DVP) and Product Validation Testing (PVT), analyzing the results and participating in the search for the necessary technical countermeasure solutions.
• Managing the delivery of samples and monitoring of the activities between the different Testing departments.
• Working together with the manufacturing team and ensuring the industrialization and modification of the product.
• Supporting on the production process optimization in order to ensure cost reduction.
• Supporting the competitiveness of the business unit by optimizing costs, quality and product performance, adopting new technical solutions, optimizing components in terms of cost, quality and manufacturing capacity.
• Managing the development of CAD designs taking into account customer's requirements and ensuring quality in the production as follow:
• Carrying out the parameterization and drawing of the product components.
• Carrying out preliminary studies and numerical definitions of the different components of the product with CAD Tools.
• Designing the components and assembly of the CAD Tools product.
• Contact with customer engineering.

Tus Responsabilidades:
TU PERFIL:

*Requirements:*

• Engineering degree, equivalent degree or consolidated experience in the role.
• Good professional level of English, Spanish and French (spoken and written).
• Minimum experience of 2-3 years in similar position.
• Previous experience in mechanical positions.
• Knowledge of CAD design SW
• Experience in the design of plastic materials and knowledge of the automotive sector will be a plus.
