As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll join our dedicated support team for one of our clients in the alarm and home security industry. You'll play a key role in assisting customers with their inquiries, providing reassurance, and helping them feel safe and supported every step of the way.

Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:
- Vervul een cruciale rol tussen de klant en de organisatie.
- Onderhoud contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
- Los complexe vraagstukken op met een oplossingsgerichte benadering voor een optimale klantenservice.
- Zorg voor nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en opvolging van binnenkomende vragen en verzoeken.
Vereisten
Jouw profiel:
- Native-level beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (zowel gesproken als geschreven) en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
- Een professioneel werk- en denkniveau.
- Ervaring met klantenservice is een extra, maar geen must.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om vol vertrouwen met klanten te communiceren.
- Je bent een expert in het oplossen van problemen en staat klaar om vragen van klanten aan te pakken en problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
- Multitasking en oog voor detail is jouw ding, vooral in een dynamische omgeving.
- Je kunt goed overweg met computersystemen en verschillende softwaretoepassingen.
- Klantgerichtheid en empathisch vermogen zijn jouw sterke punten.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitblinken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
