Regulatory Technician

Main responsibilities
:

  • Ongoing monitoring of legal acts concerning control and product management and presenting R&D Formulations Team Leader of guidelines necessary to comply with the legislation.
  • Supervision over compliance with Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products
  • Product classification, maintenance and supervision of the documentation database related to the classification of the company's products in accordance with the relevant legislation
  • Development and verification of product labels in accordance with the relevant legislation being the area of the Company's activity.
  • Supervision of the Department of completing the project documentation (documentation of raw materials, products and projects documentation).
  • Committing to strict compliance with: applicable legal requirements, the requirements set by the implemented standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22716:2009, quality standards BRC CP, IFS HPC

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Academic background:

Bachelor's Degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field such as Biotechnology)

High English level

Work experience:

Minimum of two years in a similar regulatory position within the household product industry.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of key regulations, including REACH, CLP, and the Detergents Regulation
