: Coordinate the comprehensive management of R&D projects, including the preparation of technical reports for tax deductions related to research, development, and technological innovation activities, as well as the processing of collaborative projects with public funding (both national and international), ensuring compliance with applicable technical, administrative, and regulatory requirements, and facilitating the proper execution and justification of the projects.

Main responsabilities:

• Analyze R&D projects for each fiscal year to identify activities eligible for tax deductions within the projects developed by the company.

• Collaborate with the finance and tax departments, as well as with external consulting firms specialized in technical validation processes (certifications, expert reports, UNE certifications, etc.).

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of collaborative project proposals to funding agencies (CDTI, Horizon Europe, etc.), and manage the technical and administrative documentation required throughout the entire project lifecycle (application, monitoring, justification).

• Coordinate the technical and administrative execution of projects in collaboration with external partners: interact with technological, industrial, and academic partners to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.

• Manage the documentation required for monitoring and justification of R&D and/or publicly funded projects: description of objectives, methodology, results, and degree of innovation, and support the preparation of technical reports, progress updates, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with the technical, financial, and reporting requirements of funding programs.

• Coordinate with internal departments involved (R&D, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure integrated project management.

• Stay up to date on regulatory changes and technical criteria applicable to R&D&I tax deductions, as well as on calls for proposals, requirements, and procedures for public funding.

• Participate in technical audits and certification processes related to the projects.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

Academic Background:

• Academic education: Technical education (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or similar).

• Language skills: English B2-C1.

Soft Skills:

• Technical writing and document management skills: Clear, precise, and aligned with R&D and regulatory criteria.

• Communication and teamwork.

• Analytical thinking.

• Multitasking management skills.

• Attention to detail in documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in managing publicly funded R&D projects (e.g., CDTI).

• Experience in R&D project certifications (e.g., expert reports, technical validations).

• Knowledge of national and international funding programs (e.g., CDTI, Horizon Europe).

• Proficiency in office software tools.
