Resumen del puesto:

El técnico de obra especialista en urbanización y redes enterradas será responsable de supervisar y controlar la ejecución de los trabajos de urbanizacion, obra civil e infraestrucuras enterradas, tales como red de saneamiento, agua potable, lineas de electricidad y telecomunicaciones, etc. Realizará inspecciones periódicas en obra para asegurarse del cumplimiento de la documentación del proyecto, especificaciones técnicas y normativa aplicable. Asimismo, identificará y reportará cualquier desviación o incidencia en la ejecución, proponiendo soluciones y acciones correctivas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de los trabajos de urbanización, obra civil y infraestructuras enterradas: viales, zonas comunes, accesos, redes de saneamiento, redes de abastecimiento, líneas eléctricas y de telecomunicaciones.
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planos, especificaciones técnicas y normativa aplicable.
  • Identificar y reportar cualquier desviación o problema en la ejecución de los trabajos, proponiendo soluciones y acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de los equipos de construccin, asegurando la correcta implementación de los métodos y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y coordinación con el Senior Construction Manager y otros miembros del equipo de Project Management.
  • Documentar y registrar el avance de los trabajos, generando informes periódicos.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Académica: Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.
  • Experiencia profesional: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en trabajos similares al alcance propuesto. Indispensable experiencia en obra de construcción.
  • Habilidades técnicas: Sólidos conocimientos en interpretación de planos, especificaciones técnicas y normativa de construcción.
  • Idiomas: Nivel intermedio de inglés.
