Descripción del puesto

El estudio

Able&Baker

busca un

Lighting Lead

para integrarse en el equipo de una producción de

largometraje 3D animado

El rol será clave en el departamento de

Lighting y Compositing

, colaborando estrechamente con los supervisores de departamento, CG Supervisor, Director de Arte y Producción.

La persona seleccionada ayudará a desarrollar los setups de iluminación y masterlighting, así como supervisar parte del equipo de artistas asignados, asegurando la calidad visual y la eficiencia productiva acorde a los objetivos del proyecto.

Responsabilidades

Colaborar

estrechamente con el Lighting & Compositing Supervisor tanto en preproducción como en producción.

Desarrollar setups de iluminación

y masterlighting para las secuencias.

Supervisar

parte del equipo de artistas de iluminación, aportando guía artística y técnica.

Revisar planos y secuencias

para garantizar la consistencia y calidad visual, cumpliendo plazos de entrega.

Dar soporte a los workflows

del departamento, llevando tareas delegadas por supervisión.

Requisitos

Experiencia demostrable

como Lighting Lead en producciones de animación 3D.

Dominio en

lighting y compositing

Manejo profesional de

Houdini (Solaris)

,

Arnold

y

Nuke

Grandes dotes de

comunicación

y trabajo colaborativo.

Inglés fluido imprescindible;

español

muy valorado.

Valorables

Experiencia en

largometrajes animados

Actitud

proactiva

y orientación a soluciones.

Sensibilidad artística, narrativa visual y composición.

Condiciones y localización

Presencial en Madrid

preferentemente, aunque se valoran opciones híbridas o 100% remoto.
