At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Compliance Specialist with 2 years of experience in developing compliance programs for our office in Barcelona. The selected candidate will actively join the firm's Internal Compliance team, collaborating on all matters related to the implementation and maintenance of our compliance programs.

DUTIES


The main functions are:

  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs.
  • Collaborate in updating the risk map and the risk and control matrix.
  • Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Participate in staff training and awareness on compliance and ethics topics.
  • Conduct periodic monitoring to identify risks of non-compliance and deficiencies in the design and implementation of internal controls.
  • Prepare reports and documents related to regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrity and transparency in all operations.
  • Maintain compliance-related databases and records.





MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Specific training in Compliance and/or CESCOM certification or equivalent, and/or court expert in Compliance is preferred.
  • Minimum professional experience of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Advanced level of English.
