seleccionamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos para una importante compañía multinacional industrial con
sede al sur de Madrid,
especializada en instalaciones refractarias y mantenimiento industrial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y supervisar proyectos de montaje industrial, obra mecánica y construcción técnica.
  • Interpretar planos, isométricos y documentación técnica, asegurando precisión en la ejecución.
  • Participar en diseño, revisión y validación técnica con
    AutoCAD
    y
    SolidWorks
    .
  • Liderar equipos de montaje y supervisar contratistas y recursos externos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad y procedimientos internos.
  • Ser el enlace técnico entre oficina técnica, montaje, mantenimiento y cliente.
  • Planificar, organizar y hacer seguimiento de los proyectos en todas sus fases.
  • Coordinar recursos, materiales y maquinaria según necesidades operativas.
  • Detectar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones técnicas y operativas.
  • Asegurar una correcta comunicación técnica y operativa entre las distintas áreas involucradas.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en
    Ingeniería Industrial
    o similar.
  • Experiencia en
    montaje industrial
    dentro de sectores como cementeras, cerámicas, metalurgia, vidrio o instalaciones de alta temperatura.
  • Experiencia demostrada liderando equipos de montaje y obra.
  • Dominio de
    AutoCAD
    y
    SolidWorks
    .
  • Conocimiento técnico sólido en interpretación de planos, obra mecánica, estructuras y procesos industriales.
  • Valorable experiencia previa en empresas de montaje industrial o plantas industriales complejas.
  • Residencia en el
    sur de Madrid
    o disponibilidad para desplazarse de forma habitual.
