Job title – IT Project Manager - Group Real Estate & Workplace Experience

Location – Barcelona, Spain

As a Project Manager in Digital Function, you'll be at the heart of leading and shaping transformative digital solutions that drive real business impact. You'll co-create strategic roadmaps with Business Product Owners from Group Real Estate & Workplace Experience, translating vision into action and leading cross-functional teams from ideation to delivery. Whether it's unlocking efficiencies, enhancing user experiences, or enabling data-driven decisions, you'll ensure every product delivers measurable value. Your key responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Definition – Co-create and refine digital product roadmaps aligned with business goals and transformation priorities.
• Value Delivery & Outcome Alignment – Ensure products deliver measurable value using KPIs and success metrics.
• End-to-End Product Ownership – Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Inspire and guide teams across engineering, design, data, and business.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Serve as the central contact for product communications and manage expectations.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive innovation.

You bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital/IT project management
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and influence diverse audiences including leadership teams
• Ability to drive projects from demand to operations
• Political savviness and relationship-building capabilities.
• Drive, resilience, and adaptability.
• Domain experience in Real Estate and Workplace is a plus

• Fluent English is a must, fluent Spanish or French is a plus

• Ideal Background: Candidates with a mix of consultancy (management or tech, business-focused) and industry/startup experience tend to excel in this role. This blend fosters strategic thinking, storytelling, and influence from consultancy, and execution, value delivery, and resilience from industry/startups.
