The Role
As a visionary and technically adept
security professional
, you will champion Openchip's cutting-edge silicon and software security technologies across global markets, driving strategic customer engagements, fostering long-term partnerships, and securing design wins that embed our innovations into next-generation industrial and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Openchip security value proposition in different customers and partner profiles: Industrial companies, DC server ODM/OEM, industry IDM, internet of things, embedded systems, others.
• Support the engagement with these customers and partners by providing deep technical security expertise.
• Work relentlessly towards a "design win", meaning that our silicon and software technologies will be used in our future customers and industrial partners products and solutions, relying on our unique security features to implement secure and safe systems.
• Build and nurture long-term opportunities, typically with a development cycle from 6 months up to 2 years.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with key potential customers and industry partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify, manage, and develop growth strategies: Conduct in-depth security market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored strategies to enhance our position and drive sustainable growth.
• Support and participate in go-to-market strategies: Define a compelling value proposition in security and develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Participate in international industry events as an attendant or speaker: Represent the company to generate leads, build strategic relationships, and stay informed about security market trends.

Qualifications And Skills

• From 5 to 10 years of experience on security technologies implementing or advising about solutions like Confidential Computing, Trusted Platform Module (TPM), Software Guard Extensions (SGX), Trusted Execution Technology (TXT), Secure Enclave, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Algorithms, Security Certificates, Root of Trust, Software and Hardware Attestation, Hardware Security Module (HSM), Post Quantum Cryptography, etc.
• Experience evangelizing security technologies at silicon and software level, counting with a track record of achievements or reference implementations and a good international network of contacts in the security field.
• Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in an additional language of the European Union is a must, preferably German, Spanish, French or Italian. Swedish/Finish or Polish will be valued.
• Having previous experience in a semiconductor industry player is highly desirable but not essential (Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Infineon, STMicroelectronics, Qualcomm, ARM, Fujitsu, Samsung, Apple, Nokia, Google, Amazon, Microsoft…).
• A deep technical and hands-on experience in security solutions is a must.
• Having experience doing academical research and having some publications or patents related to security and/or microelectronics will be desirable, but not essential.
• General understanding of RISC-V architecture will be desirable but not essential.

Soft Skills

• Self-starter, self-motivated, humility, good communications skills.
• Good foundation of human qualities such as honesty, fellowship, teamwork, etc. Experienced in volunteering and not-for-profit activities will be a plus.
• For this person, nothing is impossible, and his can-do attitude helps him to maintain a positive attitude against all odds.
• Customer orientation is essential, so having a good ability to develop relationships is an essential quality for this person.
• Thought leadership: This person should be identified as a trusted advisor in security by the customers and industrial partners.
