La persona será responsable de:
- Desarrollar y supervisar el equipo de ventas y eventos.
- Implementar planes de acción para segmentos corporativos, grupos, ocio y catering.
- Participar en reuniones estratégicas.
- Contribuir al plan de negocio anual del hotel.
- Gestionar informes financieros y comerciales del departamento.
- Mantener informado al equipo sobre grupos, eventos y clientes VIP.
Perfil del candidato
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación académica en áreas relacionadas con ventas, marketing o administración de empresas.
- Experiencia previa trabajando en hoteles segmento premium / lujo habiendo liderado equipos en el equipo comercial.
- Capacidad para desarrollar y gestionar estrategias comerciales efectivas.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar un grupo de ventas.
- Competencias en análisis de mercado y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y participar en eventos del sector.
- Dominio del español e inglés, valorándose otros idiomas.
