Quieres ser la clave en montar una nueva Business Unit en España y convertirte en Team Lead?

Este puesto evoluciona naturalmente hacia el de SDR lead (tan rápido como construyas tu escritorio).

Buscamos al/la comercial que inicie esta actividad, conquiste el mercado AEC/Construcción (arquitectos, oficinas técnicas ) y, a largo plazo, asuma el liderazgo (Team Lead) del equipo local.

Nuestro cliente, un multinacional, lanza su nueva Business Unit en España con un espíritu "startup", para la distribución exclusiva de Bluebeam.

Completamente respaldado por el Grupo (1300 empleados, 18 países), recibirás formación, recursos y un ecosistema de clientes existente por el mundo del que ya puedes aprovechar: menos llamadas en frío y más presentaciones calidas

Coloborarás directament con la Global Sales Director, una persona muy exitosa en su area

Principalmente hablarás y conseguirás reuniones con BIM Manager, IT Manager, Arquitectos (Entre otros, por supuesto)

Idealmente, tienes un claro perfil comercial y, sobre todo, conoces el ecosistema de software AEC (Autodesk, Trimble, Allplan...). La experiencia en SaaS es un plus, no un requisito. Comprensión de los retos del sector de la construcción tambien interesante.

Lo que ofrecemos:

  • Paquete OTE 55K€:
    33K€ fijo + 22K€ variable (60% Ingresos UnCapped & 40% Objetivos)
  • Garantía del 50%
    del variable durante los 3 primeros meses.
  • Ubicación:
    Barcelona/Madrid/Bilbao (donde las oficinas)
  • Para empezar en Enero 2026
  • Teletrabajo flexible (2/3 días a la semana).
