Als AI Automation Manager (m/w/d) bist du eine zentrale Säule unseres Operations-Teams. Du entwickelst und steuerst KI-basierte Automatisierungslösungen, implementierst smarte Workflows und integrierst KI-Tools in die Sales- und Marketingprozesse unserer Kunden. Dein Ziel: effiziente, intelligente und skalierbare Systeme, die messbare Ergebnisse liefern und Teams von Routineaufgaben entlasten.

Deine Mission:

Als AI Automation Manager (m/w/d) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Strategie, Technologie und operativer Umsetzung. Du entwickelst intelligente Workflows, verbindest Systeme über APIs und sorgst dafür, dass KI-gestützte Automationen im Vertrieb, Marketing und RevOps spürbar Wirkung zeigen.

Du transformierst komplexe manuelle Abläufe in skalierbare, datengetriebene Prozesse, die echten Business-Impact schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse bestehender Sales- und Marketingprozesse auf Automatisierungspotenzial

  • Aufbau von No-Code/Low-Code-Workflows (z. B. mit n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable)

  • Entwicklung und Integration von GPT-Agenten, LLM-Prompts und API-Automationen

  • Automatisierung von Lead-Scoring, CRM-Workflows, Reporting und Datenflüssen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Consulting-, Data- und Growth-Teams

  • Monitoring, Testing und Optimierung bestehender Automationen

  • Aufbau von Best-Practice-Frameworks und internen Automationsstandards

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung mit Automations-Tools (z. B. n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Integromat)

  • Verständnis für APIs, Datenstrukturen und KI-Modelle (z. B. OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone)

  • Grundkenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder JSON sind ein Plus

  • Erfahrung im B2B- oder SaaS-Umfeld von Vorteil

  • Analytische, strukturierte Denkweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung

  • Begeisterung für KI, Effizienz und skalierbare Systeme
