Ukio's mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want . We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere .
Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we look to further build out our team, further establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets . We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by Linkedin, and we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals.

Role |We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead Ukio's paid media and activations strategy. This person will work closely with our agency partners, internal teams, and leadership to scale demand, improve acquisition efficiency, and drive high-quality leads for our on both our supply and demand fronts. Beyond performance marketing, this role will collaborate on lifecycle initiatives, email marketing, PR, and brand-driven events to strengthen Ukio's presence in all our current and future markets.
Responsibilities |Paid Media & Acquisition
- Own Ukio's paid media strategy across all markets (search, social, display, retargeting, programmatic).
- Manage the relationship and day-to-day coordination with our performance agency, ensuring optimal channel mix, media planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define KPIs, budget pacing, forecasts, and continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and lead quality.
- Build quarterly strategic plans and testing roadmaps to drive growth and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Data, Tracking & Insights
- Work with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across platforms (GTM, GA4, CRM, dashboards, etc.).
- Set up frameworks for experimentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
- Translate data into actionable insights for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
PR & Events
- Run PR initiatives, press announcements, and media outreach to reinforce Ukio's position in the market.
- Support the planning and activation of brand events, partnerships, and local collaborations in each city.
- Ensure a strong alignment between paid efforts and brand storytelling.
- 5–6+ years in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth roles.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, travel, proptech, marketplace, or multi-city consumer services.
- Proven track record managing paid media agencies and delivering strong performance results.
- Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and full-funnel lead generation.
- Experience collaborating across CRM, brand, and PR functions is a plus.
- Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO basics, and tracking setup.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on when needed.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a scale-up: adaptable, proactive, resourceful.
