The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with PMOs and consulting-led Transformation Offices, and will be comfortable engaging with executive committees and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, client PMOs, and consulting transformation offices.
  • Facilitate governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic planning.


Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or within consulting firms' transformation offices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and Native Spanish

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
  • Experience in sectors such as finance, telecom, energy, or public sector.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or similar.
