As Finance Operations Manager you will own and optimize Finance Operations across Fotocasa Group—covering Order-to-Cash, Collections & Sales Administration.

You will lead high-performing transactional finance teams, safeguard working capital, standardize processes, and ensure robust internal controls and service delivery to the business.

• Set the Finance Operations strategy and operating model (people, process, systems) aligned to Head of Finance priorities and growth plans.

• Build, lead, and develop teams across O2C, Collections and Sales Admin; define clear SLAs and KPIs.

• Own end-to-end O2C processes: customer onboarding/credit setting, contract/order review, billing/invoicing, cash application, dispute management.

• Lead all collection activities; reduce DSO and bad-debt expense; escalate high-risk cases and drive root-cause fixes for disputes and late payments.

• Partner with Sales/Commercial Ops to streamline quote-to-order workflows, improve data quality, and minimize order holds/fallout.

• Ensure compliant revenue operations (billing accuracy, proof of delivery, contract terms alignment).

• Ensure accurate reconciliations (AR/AP/Unapplied Cash/GRNI), month-end close inputs, and audit support (internal & external).

• Own the Finance Operations systems roadmap (ERP, AR automation, e-invoicing, collections tools, workflow, RPA).

• Define data standards and reporting; deliver timely dashboards for Head of Finance (e.g., DSO, aging, AP performance).

• 5+ years in Finance Operations/Shared Services/O2C/P2P leadership within mid environments (ideally €50-100m+ revenue).

• Demonstrable track record reducing DSO, improving PO compliance, and scaling transactional finance teams.

• Strong command of ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and automation tools (e-invoicing, collections platforms, OCR, RPA).

• Experienced in credit risk management, revenue operations, and customer/vendor master data governance.

• Customer-centric while rigorous on policy and controls.

• Background in tech, start-up, or scale-up environments — you're comfortable building from scratch.

• Growth mind set, you are analytical, data-driven and focused on AI

• Resilient, adaptable, and proactive — ambiguity energizes you.

• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
