We're Hiring:
Operations Manager
(Full Time - Remote)

We are hiring a
full-time Operations Professional
to support the growth of The Soltesz Institute and PSP Angels. The role suits someone who enjoys independent work, takes responsibility, and maintains strong attention to detail across a wide range of tasks.

Responsibilities


• Support operations by scheduling tasks, coordinating activities, and keeping projects on track


• Create and refine internal processes that help the team work smoothly


• Handle general communication, including replying to emails and maintaining clear follow ups


• Assist with day-to-day operational duties across the Institute and consultancy


• Post daily across
seven social media platforms
in a consistent and organised way

What we are looking for


• Someone motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently


• High attention to detail and reliability in daily execution


• Creative mindset with the ability to maintain consistency across tasks


• Experience in operations or administrative roles is an advantage


• Interest in education, fintech, banking, or professional services is a plus
