What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA Team.
The individual will be responsible for performing repairs, calibrations, and technical checks on INDIBA devices, providing support both remotely and on-site when necessary, and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our technical service operations.
Which will be your responsabilities?
- Perform the activities to homologate, evaluate and re-evaluate the pool of suppliers for the INDIBA products and services.
- Participate on the Supplier NCR's resolution activities
- Analyse data coming from Incoming Inspection and NCR database to evaluate the performance of the suppliers.
- Improve the supply chain and the Quality of the products supplied by our subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage complaints from customers, open Non Conformities when necessary and control the implementation of corrective or preventive actions.
- Validate samples from new suppliers or samples from changes from current or new suppliers.
- Define the test to be done to new products or modifications to current products in collaboration with R&D when necessary to ensure the Quality at a minimum cost and/or maximizing the Quality.
What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
- Engineering (electronics, industrial, mechanics, etc) or experienced CFGS/FP II with at least 5 years managing suppliers in the equivalent sectors.
- Demonstrated experience of minimum 3 years within a Quality Assurance department on the Electronic Device's segment
- Advanced English.
- Ability to solve problems and take prompt decisive action.
- Focused and strict for key requirements.
